What this site sets
Nothing. This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking cookies. There is no visitor measurement running on these pages, and nothing follows you to another site after you leave.
What this site loads from elsewhere
The pages load two typefaces (DM Serif Display and Inter) from Google Fonts. That is a request to Google's servers, and like any web request it discloses your IP address to Google. It does not set a cookie, and we do not receive anything back about you from it. If you would rather not make that request, most browsers and content blockers can block third-party font requests; the site remains readable in your browser's fallback fonts.
The rent calculator
The rent calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing you type is stored. Close the page and the numbers are gone.
Why there is no cookie banner
Cookie banners exist to collect consent for non-essential cookies. This site sets none, so there is nothing to consent to, and a banner would be asking you a question with no substance behind it. While that remains the case, there will be no banner.
If this changes
We plan to move this site to WordPress, and our enquiry system to our CRM provider. If that move adds analytics or CRM-embedded forms that set cookies, this notice will be updated first, before anything is switched on, and a consent mechanism will be added if the law requires one. The current version of this page describes the site as it is today.
